I would really like to be able to use the DRAIN LEVEL spell on certain undead creatures.
For some less important undead, use “LOWER LEVEL” instead
In the case of DRAIN LEVEL, it should allow the creature casting it to gain that level (possibly not always, but 50% of the times)
Whereas in the case of LOWER LEVEL, the target creature is permanently lowered by one level (like a vampire when it dies) and the creature gains no benefit.
Although it might be nice in some cases to have it heal.
