[Terraform] [AWS] Route53 records

Describe the bug

Route53 records value is incorrect

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the text view
2. Add record argument
3. Switch to the draw view
4. See that the resource is successfully created, go to component details records section

Expected behavior

Record argument value should be present in records component detail.
