If "snap delete" is used, create a snapshot of the critical elements required to resurrect the node

Are there hooks for "snap delete" that can be used to create a backup of the core files required to resurrect the node?

e.g. https://forum.diode.io/t/lite-node-backup-and-restore/92 shows how to backup, but can we do this automatically (do we want to do this automatically??) upon snap delete?

Of course, we want it to be automatic because some people do not know that when they delete a snap, they will not be able to access that wallet.
