TMS for document translation

As of right now all of our documents are translated offline and are passed out through email. It brings up issues with version control and potential QA errors.

Describe the solution you'd like

Either adding features to Pontoon and or finding a TMS that accepts documents for our document translation. This way we can upload our source content, notify the linguist, and download a fully translated document at the end of the process. It also means we would be able to build a translation memory.

@zonuM-alyak can you elaborate a little more on what the need is here? What kinds of documents are these? What kind of process / version control are we already using for revisions to the source documents themselves?
