I can't seem to get ALE working on my vim

I'm new to vim and I feel like I'm loosing my mind already. This is the output when I run vim --version:

Nothing seems to be working - no hover docs, no linting or auto completion. Someone please help me out here.

I think I finally got it working. It turns out I didn't have rust-analyzer itself installed all along. I thought it was installed initially because ALEInfo reported it as supported.
