MathCAT should align with updated UEB math guidelines

As reported by @jrbowden ICEB has published some updated guidelines on choice and placement of grade 1 indicators. This guidance brings more consistency in the way mathematical expressions are rendered in UEB.

The direct link is https://iceb.org/wp-content/uploads/2026/02/GTM-1.7-Grade-1-Indicators-Approved.pdf. The good news is that this is a "good" PDF in that the braille is actually Unicode braille chars, so they can be copy/pasted from the spec into a MathCAT test.

Knowing how to start off UEB has been problematic because the previous rules were vague and BANA has some guidance of their own. I need to see if they still conflict.

I tried ~10 examples and only one of them differs from the new guidance: $x->\infty$.

This is something where I could use some help. If someone can add a new file tests/braille/UEB/g1.rs that includes as many of the examples as someone wants to add (the more the better), that would be very helpful. The new file should follow a pattern like the other tests files (e.g, other.rs in that directory). Basically, you need to generate the MathML and the braille for each example. You can generate the MathML in many different ways. For example, you can use MS Word or the WIRIS MathType online editor demo. The braille can be copied from the spec. The names for the tests should follow the numbering in the document. For example, the $𝑥 → ∞$ example should have the function name like g1sym_1_7_3_a_2 (example showing grade 1 symbol indicator, section 1.7.3 (a), example # 2)

Once that is done, I'll be able to see where I need to adjust MathCAT's output.
