Customized alerts #19
Description
Add custom alerts to the observability system deployed within CTFp.
Currently, only default alerts for kube-prometheus-stack are set up, and only alert on critical alerts.
This should be set up, so that we have custom alerts, that better fit the CTF Pilot usecases.
One of the tasks, is therefore to identify what alerts would be good to have.
