[FR] Add StringHelper::randomString() as a Twig function

It would be handy to have StringHelper::randomString() in Twig to help avoid ID conflicts, eg.

{% set idNamespace = randomString(10) %}

This is what Craft svg() Twig function already uses to namespace IDs, but it would be useful to have direct access to it.

There is Twig's native random() function, but that just gives a random number rather than a fixed-length string
