Idea: `dbc install driver1 driver2`

Occasionally I want to grab a bunch of drivers at once. Currently this fails:

lidavidm@rondo ~/Code/dbc (install-local-pkg)> ./dbc install bigquery snowflake
Usage: dbc install [--level LEVEL] [--json] [--no-verify] DRIVER
error: too many positional arguments at 'snowflake'

Some edge cases to consider:

• If you're logged out or you don't have an active license and you do dbc install private-driver public-driver does public-driver install successfully or does the failure to install private-driver cause subsequent installs to fail also?
• How do post-install messages get printed?

this is kinda the point of the driver lists isn't it?
