Describe the bug
Docker compose watch failed when setting up locally using docker
Error-
Prisma failed to detect the libssl/openssl version to use

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
run --> docker compose watch

Expected behavior
Application should start at localhost:3000
