No features detected with TEXT_DETECTION while Google Cloud's website actually returns results

I have an image that has only one number in it.

https://cloud.google.com/vision easily detects the text in the image and returns it. But RoogleVision (getGoogleVisionResponse) returns this message: No features detected.
