build: contract upgrade

Main changes

1. Updated the contracts version.
2. Upgraded LiquidityPool contracts in Testnet.
3. Prepared LiquidityPool contracts upgrade in Mainnet.
4. Updated .openzeppelin network files accordingly.

Versioning

The smart contracts version has been updated: v1.22.0 => v1.23.0.

Changes included

1. feat: remove allowance check and borowable balance #108
2. fix: readme.md badge #109
