Missing 1.5m char limit on custom error pages

What changes are you suggesting?

Include all limitations to setting various error pages.

We already have this limitation in the page you mentioned:

Your custom error page should include a page-specific custom error token if applicable and cannot exceed 1.5 MB.

That's helpful, however it does not also describe a character limit. I understand mathematically they are correlated, however having a Cloudflare dashboard error notice of 1500000 chars and listing 1.5 MB in documentation is the issue.

Secondly, how Cloudflare is calculating the inlined resources size is not clear. https://github.com/cloudflare/collapsify appears to be archived, what's the suggested method of determining size in a way that would match Cloudflare's process?
