Brush collection day

Please evaluate the possibility of adding brush collection week (similar to trash and recycling) based on the schedules posted for A and B weeks here: http://www.ashevillenc.gov/Departments/Sanitation/BrushandLeafCollection.aspx

Here's a simpler way to look at it: Residents with Monday and Tuesday trash pickup are due for brush pick up the first and third weeks of the month. Residents with Wednesday and Thursday trash pick up are due for brush pick up the second and fourth weeks of the month.
