I love being able to add text to files, but I deal alot with images / screengrabs.
I'd love to be able to insert images in addition to text.

Good news: this shipped in 2.14.0. In a Capture choice, {{CLIPBOARD}} now handles images - if the clipboard has no text but contains an image, QuickAdd saves it using your Obsidian attachment settings and inserts an embed link. So for your screengrab workflow: copy the image, run the capture, done. You can combine it with a text prompt too:

One note: clipboard text takes precedence when both text and an image are on the clipboard.

Follow-up: native support shipped in 2.18.0. Pasting an image into any QuickAdd value prompt - the regular one, the wide multiline one, and one-page form fields - saves it to your vault and inserts the embed. The macro workaround above keeps working, but you shouldn't need it anymore.
