[CHORE] Update version for Capacitor 7

Hello, 

You have recently merged the changes for Capacitor 7 compatibility but it seems I'm unable to download/install the new version.
Perhaps you need to make a new "release" for it to be able externally ?

I would highly appreciate if you could make that available.
