Conversion examples for Clinical Trials Data Commons?

The Clinical Trials Data Commons was called out as a new and challenging integration in the recent RFP. Should we make a commitment to taking that on in some way? See section C.6.

I don't want us to take this on in the Example Data workflow until we've got our GDC/PDC workflows really well organized. Generally, new nodes won't make it to the Example Data repo until after they're incorporated into the CRDCH in some way. So I'll assign this issue to the Future goals milestone and we can schedule it once the CCDH starts engaging with the CTDC.
