Proposal: Official Website for the Project

I've been thinking about contributing an official website for the project. The idea is to create a modern landing page that makes the project easier to discover and gives users a central place for downloads, quick guides, screenshots, and links to github repo etc.

Before starting, I wanted to ask whether this is something you'd be interested in for the project.

Yes. but its upto @c3er to decide whether it'll be on github pages, vercel or somewhere else. Or if there should be a website in the first place!

I never thought about a project website, but it's a good idea!

I think, a static HTML, that could be deployed as a GitHub page (e.g. under https://c3er.github.io/mdview/), makes the most sense. Maybe, some "static site generator" would be useful. Anyway, the result should be some kind of package of the HTML files and assets, which could be put into my GitHub Pages repository.

In the same time, it shouldn't take too much effort to maintain it in the future. Especially the releases should be "scraped" automatically for presenting them on that page.

The design should be similarly brutalist as the application's design. I'm very wary of any animations. Important: I don't like rounded corners!

Thanks! I really appreciate the feedback and the clear direction.

I'll start working on the design with those requirements in mind and put together a mockup first and share it here for feedback before moving on to the implementation.
