Feature request: Provide access to data partition contents via e.g. WebDAV, FTP, and/or WUI

Most data partitions will be in FAT format which can be easily mounted/accessed. It would be great if M5Launcher could provide a way to access the contents of such partitions by offering WebDAV, FTP, or just direct USB access.

Maybe also allow "opening" of such partitions to work with the files on them from the WebUI.

Most data partitions, in this ESP32 world, are formatted in LittleFS, even FAT partitions uses it at some level, with rare exceptions..

Adding it into the firmware adds up to 70kb of flash, which is not a big deal when talking about computers, but it diminishes the available flash memory to install other firmware..

I would prefer keeping it apart, in a separate firmware, than adding it into Launcher itself..

But I will think about it... If I find a way to reduce the flash footprint, I can add it..
