Support device: Waveshare esp32-s3 LCD 3.49

Hoping someday this fun little device will be supported with its fun little screen and three buttons. Would love to switch easily between RSVPNano and other apps.

Yep that’s the one! I’m learning but figured it might be easy since you have the wave share 1.47 already ported

Using claude, I was able to get a working port I think. Only thing I can't seem to get to work is Install from SD card. OTA via webUI worked though, so I just did that for now.

Interesting quirks though, as I've only ever used Launcher on CYD before, but the "next" and "select buttons are basically at the very bottom of the screen, not visible. Still works, just not intuitive. Also to be clear I have a V1
