Lbryplus : H265 video buffering and stuttering

Your Environment

• Plugin Version: 0.6.x development
• Kodi Version: 20.5
• Operating System: Android

Issue

This video is in 1080p H265. It buffers and stutters in plugin. I have broadband. My Android box is 4K with 4GB RAM and it plays smoothly 4K streams in android apps or streams so i don't understand why it doesn't play smoothly in plugin too.

2. Hit @RTDocumentary:4 and click on this channel at the bottom
3. Search for this video

Not really much I can do about this since Kodi handles downloading and displaying the videos

Found out Kodi 21 has caching options which may help:

In Kodi 21 on Windows, H265 video plays smoothly on computer so it might be either related to Nexus bug or server issue. However, i stick with Kodi 20 for a while.
