Wind vectors badly formatted netCDF file

Wind vector netCDF product can be manipulated using CDO tools but can't be displayed with ncview. Seems to have corrupt grid definitions from open-data-docs/docs/noaa/noaa-himawari/2020July08_NOAA_Himawari.pdf
