Duplicate and route functionalities stopped working

Hey.
Audio Router was fully working for me but since today two main features stopped working (duplicate and route), it always end with pending state. I didn't made any changes in the system or software, only system was rebooted.
Anybody have ideas why this stopped working or know potential fixes (win7 compatibility mode + admin do not help)?
Is there any AppData (or similar) directory where I could remove any persisted configuration or app related files?

For me this issue started since app launch. If any resolution is found, I would be happy to find it in this thread.
