Application Dashboard

Problem

There should be a dashboard on client that presents the user with information about the LibSync application as it runs.
This can include but is not limited to:

• CPU usage
• Memory
• Lock Status

• There exists a dashboard page that can show information to the user in realtime-ish

Implement if possible, create new tickets if needed

• Dashboard is configurable and the config is saved.
