AAP APK Installer: install AAP plugins from GitHub Actions artifacts on Android

There are 20~ish AAP repositories in the ecosystem. They have GitHub Actions setup and they publish APKs as artifacts. Sometimes I have to install them for testing host apps, demonstrating, and so on... and it is annoying.

We need some installation helper. Therefore I built a utility installer: https://github.com/atsushieno/aap-ci-package-installer
