Origin of libdython.dll?

I am currently missing the libdython.dll file and I am unsure of it's intended origins. Could someone tell me where I could find it? That would be amazing!

My suspicion is that it is related to https://github.com/ADLINK-IST/dython

It seems to be built from the /builtin-types subfolder. I tried building it with clang on windows but it outputs a .dll without errors but no exported functions. Anyone has a precompiled working libdython.dll?
