fix(deps): drop the upper bound on impit (#1163)

Removes the `<0.16.0` cap on `impit`. A minor-version cap on a 0.x
package means every new impit minor needs a client release just to allow
it, as happened in #1128. Crawlee already depends on impit with no upper
bound.
