Here is an outline of an update plan for Pelican.

1. Improve and update pip requirements setup.
   • toc2.py - spurious file? #20
   • Pelican action conflicting requirements on pygments #399
   • Updates to pelican action #636
2. Convert to a modern uv installation.
   • deploy python requirements into a virtual env on Ubuntu #92
3. See if cmarkgfm package replaces libcmark
   • See if cmarkgfm python packaging can replace our build for pelican action #610
   • Simplify build by providing LIBCMARKDIR to script #69
   • Allow override of GFM version #71
   • Pelican build action deprecation warnings on cmake of libcmark #400
4. Stash pelican setup and use stack for quick builds.
   • Use artifacts to cache the build #51
   • Workflow to create GFM artifact(s) #56 (?)
