Is there a better way visualize outdated services?

Hi,

We currently manage around 20 services and have started experiencing some difficulty tracking which freights are deployed to each stage.

This is how our pipeline per service looks like:

There are a few options we have to make it more visible:

• Filter by warehouse (a lot of clicking).
• Enable Hide unused filter (a lot of clicking to scroll through all the services if they are in different stages).

I'm missing a more compact way to quickly see the outdated freights, e.g. a table

P.S. is there a way to limit the number of freights from a warehouse in the freight timeline?

I assume your question is referring to the last bit. Yes, we have played around with the timerange filter. There has been a day that one service had a lot of bug-fixes so it didn't do much.

A max of 5 unused freights or something would be nice.

@zanozbot the Freight in the timeline are color coded as a visual indicate or where they are currently used. Are you essentially asking for the opposite? A more obvious visual indicator on each Stage of what Freight it currently has?

Not exactly. What I’m asking for is a compact way to visualize where a freight currently is, and which stages it still needs to pass through in order to complete the flow. The goal is to show deployment progress across all stages.

I imagine something similar to the Azure DevOps pipelines UI/UX:

• A list of warehouses, each with a status and the latest freight deployed.
• Each entry is clickable to drill down into the freight’s deployment journey.

This would give us a quick overview of service deployment status per warehouse and the ability to drill down into specific freights journey.
