URL problem with Engage

Hello
I have hundreds of urls that are in the middle of other unindexed urls.
I cannot validate a correction without deleting these type urls:

where do they come from?
how to remove them?

These URLs are only added to Joomla's scripts option which is a JSON document embedded in the HTML output. Unfortunately, there is no way to hint search engines not to index this document, which is why Joomla isn't doing that.

You can ask me to fart rainbows and fly in the air. That won't make me any more of a unicorn, than asking me to do something about these URLs whose indexing is outside my control will make me able to do anything about them.

Probably the best I could do is confuse the search engines by passing base64-encoded URLs so they don't try to index them. This is of course at the expense of transparency and performance. But if Google insists on scanning JSON documents it has no business indexing, well, what the heck. I guess I'll fart rainbows, and fly in the air, and be a bloody unicorn after all, dammit…

If you have a lot (hundreds) of comments displayed at the same time there is a measurable performance impact. However, even without this change the performance of such a page is crap. So, going from crap to slightly crappier seemed like something inconsequential.
