In Desktop Juicebox you can load the normalization vector as a track. It would be nice to have this functionality in Juicebox.js as well.

DataLoader.loadNormalizationFile reads the vector file, registers its types as selectable normalizations, and the values are consumed inside straw when tiles are built — nothing downstream models a normalization vector as a track.

Rendering one means the opposite framing: a per-bin signal with its own data range, autoscale, color, gear menu, session serialization and a TrackPair on both axes. That is a new track type, not a display toggle — and it is a Desktop-parity request rather than a need. A host that wants the vector plotted can fetch it and hand it in as an ordinary 1D track config, which works today and asks nothing of this library.
