Configuring MCP and Workdir for ACP Server running in Docker

Hi everyone,

I couldn't find any information in the documentation or on GitHub regarding the use of ACP with Docker. I am running the ACP server inside a Docker container for security reasons, but I need to clarify the following points to ensure MCP (Model Context Protocol) functions correctly:

1. MCP Configuration: How should the MCP definitions be structured on the client side to ensure that MCP works seamlessly with the ACP server running inside Docker?
2. Workdir Setup: Given Docker's isolated file system, how should the workdir be defined on the client side to align with the container's environment?
3. Tool Conflicts: Would there be any conflict issues between the tools belonging to the agent on the Docker side and the definitions on the client side?

@alpgul Tune up MCP/ACP script/worker initial phase should help you. Init phase should evaluate runtime directory path either a root dir for Docker or current project dir path where script is running. You can find nearby example following PR link.
