Add "levelPool" tag support to the area data type.

The "levelPool" tag should be able to modify (all of them optionally) the following tags:

  • "eventChance"
  • "events"
  • "enemyChance"
  • "enemies"
  • "minNewAreas"
  • "maxNewAreas"
  • "areas"
