UI for choosing a template is confusing

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
Me and two other developers have recently learned aio to setup code projects. We each got confused at the template selection step as the cursor seems to select the template, but this is not the case. To select a template, the cursor must point to a template and the user must press spacebar.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. aio app init
2. follow prompts and observe there is no explicit direction to press spacebar when selecting templates

Expected behavior
The selection process should be directly stated.
