ASUS released a new BIOS Version 330 on October 8, 2025, for the TUF Gaming F15 FX507ZI4 (2023) (Intel i7-12700H, RTX 4070, DDR4-3200MHz).
However, it didn’t completely fix the audio crackling issue although it’s somewhat better than before.
Previously, the audio would even crackle during the windows start-up sound. Now, it mostly happens when you play audio from a media player or youtube doesn't matter and even the simplest task can trigger this like opening a folder or opening windows settings
Does anyone know the best way to contact ASUS about this and avoid the usual nonsense troubleshooting tips like update your drivers or clear your cache
