wgTestUI module for XOOPS CMS for automated testing XOOPS Core and module

Main features:

What can wgTestUI do?
- Test XOOPS sites for:
  - Fatal errors (site blocked)
  - Errors (notices, warnings)
  - Deprecated functions
- Execute tests for admin area and/or user area
- Import/Export data of lists of tests
What can wgTestUI (currently) not do?
- Execute actions, e.g. save data, delete data,...
- Simulate user actions, e.g. type in data in a form

Require:

XOOPS 2.5.11;
XOOPS Admin 1.2;
PHP 7.4 or higher;
MySQL 5.5; -> Minimum Recommended Using InnoDB Version 5.1 or Later
