Crash when using moonlight switch on phone hooked up to external display/dock

Screen goes black on phone when starting app, controller does not work. If you start the game and then dock it, it fully crashes. iPhone 17 pro max. 26.3 iOS

Previously there was dirty patch in SDL2 to support iOS 27 Beta release, now I've upgraded SDL to 3rd version, it should fix this issue with next release
