Black frames between kept clips

Hello! Love the software but I'm getting black frames which I assume are every spot where there was a cut. It results in a video where every second or two the video flashes black. I get this with and without specifying a --margin. Please advise.

You need to align the frames, for example convert them to stable 30fps and then everything will work well
