Hybrid MP4 Support (Markers not transferring)

Hello, I have recently played with chapter markers when recording in OBS and when I ran it through auto-editor that it hasn't retained the positions of these markers.

This feature is also very necessary for wav.
I would like to cut out unnecessary pauses in the podcast, but leave markers so that I can create text timecodes.
