request chained calls of complex struct

i encounter with a smart ptr wraped JNIEnv struct, it suppose to have a chained call but BinaryNinja translate the inner struct to a array
it should decomplied like ptr->env->FindClass
but in fact it was like this
Are any alternative solutions acceptable?
i didn't find yet
