HOME-03 - Updated hero UI

Description

Update UI in hero to match new Figma design on homepage and other page.

Also please update the navbar text to white.

Acceptance Criteria

• Call to action button implemented in home page
• Singapore flag icon in back implemented in home page
• Light text colour on all pages
• Tags in hero implemented for relevant page(s) - check Figma
• Change navbar text to white (in both full navbar and hamburger)

Additional Notes

• Make sure to update text colour (as it is different in Figma to main currently)
