Describe the bug
Toon shaded materials do not receive shadows cast from light sources that are not directional lights, even if shadow casting is enabled in all objects

To Reproduce
-Create a toon shaded material and assign it to an object
-Add a point light nearby
-The point light will effect the objects shading, but any shadows cast will not be received
