Is this able to track subjects between sentences

I'm trying to find a way to maintain track of a subject when doing sentiment analysis.

e.g ( diaparsers is great. It is a revolutionary parser)

The second sentence it refers to the original subject of the first sentence.

I'm wondering if it is possible to maintain track of the subject using diaparser?
If not would you know of the name of the technology which should be or might be used for this?
