Please note that when I create this PR I incorrectly set it to merge into the main branch. I updated that to merge into the spring6 branch instead. |

Adding one custom file for the Tomcat configuration.
This will need to be copied to the conf/ directory of the Tomcat installation in the container. I'm not certain of the exact system path.
