Closing without merge. js-yaml 5.3.0 → 5.4.1 is a reasonable minor (security cap on merge-sequence CPU; this repo only uses load/dump with JSON_SCHEMA, so the 5.4 AST break does not apply). CI still fails Confirm lockfile is stable, so merging would break main.

Recreate with an npm-generated lockfile, or fold it into a local dependency bump.
