Integrate the `tosca` changes into `tosca-stack`

Integrate the changes made in the tosca crate into tosca-stack. This crate is significantly outdated, so it is necessary to analyze the entire tosca crate and implement each difference as a separate pull request. It is better to start with the changes from version 0.1 and then iterate through the next versions.

Some subtasks to streamline the porting process:

• Migrate the content from this branch into this repository
• Build APIs that align better with the stack variant, without overwhelming them with too many parameters
