What's wrong? / 出了什么问题？

Attempts to add providers result in Provider tab in Settings to... not generate any input fields to utilize. Please see attached screenshot.

Thank you for bringing the update to my attention. However, the providers tab is still not working.

I can see that it is attempting to do so, but nothing but shadowboxes for where buttons to interact with the UI ever load. I went through and reset everything that I possibly could and even checked for database repairs (for some reason there were 3 of).

Everything else functions as one would expect.

Thanks for the additional information. Could you please collect a fresh log from the affected profile?

1. Open Settings → Common Settings.
2. Enable “Enable Logging” and confirm the prompt. DeepChat should restart automatically.
3. After it restarts, fully quit DeepChat using DeepChat → Quit DeepChat or Cmd+Q. Please do not only close the window.
4. Launch DeepChat again, open Settings → Providers, and leave the page open for at least 60 seconds while the placeholders are displayed.
5. Return to Settings → Common Settings and click “Open Log Folder”.
6. Please attach the newly generated main.log.

On macOS, the default log location is:

~/Library/Application Support/DeepChat/logs/main.log

The log may contain local paths or other sensitive information, so please redact any API keys, tokens, usernames, or private paths before uploading it. Please do not upload agent.db, as it may contain sensitive configuration and conversation data.

Could you also confirm the following?

• The exact version shown in About DeepChat after the update.
• Whether the Providers page has ever worked with this DeepChat profile, and what changed immediately before the problem started.
• Which reset options you used: Chat Data, Knowledge Base, Configuration, or All Data.
• Whether you restored or imported any data after resetting.
• What the three database repair items were. A screenshot or the exact table/issue names would be helpful.
• Whether the Providers page eventually loads if left open for several minutes.

Please avoid performing any additional resets until the fresh log and database repair details have been collected, as resetting may remove useful diagnostic evidence.
