Update to Processing 4

It is about time to dump grumpy old Oracle Java and embrace the shiny OpenJDK with the new Processing 4 Beta.

Install scripts will need some updating.

Likely just need to run:

sed -s 's|https://api.github.com/repos/processing/processing/releases|https://api.github.com/repos/processing/processing4/releases|g'  install-linux64.sh
sed -s 's|https://api.github.com/repos/processing/processing/releases|https://api.github.com/repos/processing/processing4/releases|g'  install-linux32.sh

Some testing and dependency resolution would be helpful too.
