User is allowed to use Amaze without granting permissions

To Reproduce

1. Open device with API 34
2. Select grant
3. Go back immediately
4. Use app

Expected behavior
The grant permission dialog on app resuming.

Reproduced on Android 16 (Pixel emulator x86_64 and Samsung ARM64).

Confirmed that Amaze allows entering browsing UI when
MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE is denied. In this state directory
listings degrade (EPERM / empty results). Directories
(and on emulator, files) can still be created.

I’m working on a PR to gate filesystem browsing when storage
permission is not granted.
