Feature Request - Option to enable/disable transparency in BSNES Core

This feature is currently available in the SNES9X core, but not in any other SNES core in BizHawk. This is very useful to remove to see what you are doing, like this shown example for A Link to the Past, among other games. Having this option as a hotkey option would be highly appreciated.

For BSNES (any version)
SNES > Options
There'll be a thing called "Display", you can tinker with that.

Faust doesn't have this option available... it doesn't appear in upstream either by the looks of things.

To achieve this visual effect, go to SNES > Options, and under the Display section, disable BG 2 priority 0 and 1.

I've tried every kind of combination with those, but no, none of them get that effect.
